The worst experience ever!

Those poor chickens died to be served in the worst way possible.

The order:

There were various flavors of fried chicken so we wanted to try everything. That’s why we ordered the Annyeong Chicken Platter.

The taste:

None, not even one of those flavors was good. They introduced various flavors just to increase the varieties of the chicken, but the flavors they’ve introduced don't go with the chicken at all.

The texture:

The FRIES served to us were so SOGGY that we had to give them back to fry it again.

The Onion Rings didn’t have real onions in them, only flavored batter they fried in the shape of onion rings. You can see the video posted showing how thick the batter was, and had no onion in it. The mouthfeel was horrible!

One of those pieces was undercooked. When you know that at times the leg piece could be undercooked then you should fry it for longer. And if you are still not sure, you can check the internal temperature with the thermometer. What’s up with serving unhygienic food to the customers?

Service:

Well, do not expect anything from the service. They are just fast food branch and take your order and call to receive it. That’s all you can expect. No more. Nobody welcomes you or even asks you why you threw away most of the food. But that is acceptable.

My verdict:

Rather than them throwing their money for instagram ads, they need to invest it on their R&D. They need people to check their flavor , texture and provide strict feedback !

They need to think about retaining the existing customers. They won't come back after having this horrible experience. Also, they will post in their Insta stories and in Google reviews...

At first thought the prices were high looking at the surrounding and location. And, ordered few safe options and thought we might have to go out to another place and eat something else to fill our guts... but when we received the order the chicken pieces were huge very fulfilling.. and taste was finger lickingly good... yes for some of us they can add some more chillis to few options.. but overall the experience was very good. Highly recommended; bigger and better than famous...

Very very delicious fried chicken with multiple varieties available. Sadly the side dishes/snacks do not share the same level of taste.

Service is fine, however I would definitely recommend doing take-outs instead of dining in there. The place is quite small, so the seating isn't comfy, nor is it spacious enough for a group to enjoy the delicious chicken together (having delicious food with a group makes it more delicious).
