Formal Complaint Regarding Catering Services of rox bar garden

am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the catering services provided at my relative sister's recent wedding, where I was invited, in role of ( DJ ) for the event. I unfortunately experienced a significant lack of consideration in terms of servicing meals or snacks to dj . I could see intentionally ignoring to service food for dj (me) whole event.

As you are aware, being a DJ requires continuous focus to entertain , stay in same place till program end and energy to ensure the success of the celebration. However, throughout the duration of the wedding, I was not provided with any meals or refreshments. Despite my best efforts to maintain my energy levels, the absence of sustenance greatly impacted my ability to perform optimally.

I completed my duty around 9pm because thats the time hotel staff had informed me to end it. After that I approached the kitchen area /dinner place where food is, in hopes of finally being able to enjoy a meal. To my dismay, right infront door, manager guy i guess, said that there is no food available . (Also with no alternative solutions presented ..) i left embarrassed and went back garden to pack my stuff . At-least should have informed food is about to close before it closing time. so that nobody left out empty stomach in wedding.

20min later - same manager guy came and said - ( khana ubreko cha khaney vaye khanu vannalai aako ) the way in such word .🫢. Only if (ubreko vayera) , he came to tell me while was still packing my setup. I said i am sorry vayo hos vaney.

This experience was not only disheartening but DISREGARDED and UNDERVALUED.

I understand that organising food services wedding is a complex task, and oversights can occur. However, the lack of provision for essential sustenance during such an event, is unacceptable. I believe to prioritise the well-being of all individuals involved in event.

I kindly request that you address this matter serious and take necessary steps to ensure that similar incidents are avoided in the future. Providing meals for all including DJs, should be a fundamental aspect of event planning.

if there’s rule of hotel to not provide food to dj then kindly informed dj while entertaining event, so that we will be prepared to not to starve in event and this thing would never happen .

We went there for a birthday celebration with my family. We had an amazing time. Due to the COVID hotel itself was not fully opened and many renovation works were going on but you could still enjoy the architectural masterpiece located within the huge area. The restaurant itself was what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Staffs were friendly and professional, food was delicious, a huge selection of beverages, and a beautiful environment to enjoy your dinner. You could see that the management took the sanitation pretty seriously to keep it safe and hygienic. I loved how you could see the chefs preparing food in the open kitchen. Moreover, the management team surprised us with a complimentary birthday cake, really appreciate that. We got lucky as well to get a 20% discount which was ongoing for a month on the occasion of the hotel’s 20th anniversary.

I would recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a quick gateway to spend quality time with...
