Well, it's no longer a buffet (maybe just on the weekends). The restaurant is open and the food is delicious! They had a wide variety of options (Chinese, Indian, European) and all were very good. We had the Lamb Chops (delicious and tendor), Mapo Tofu (one of the best tofu in Kathmandu and very spicy - good kind of spicy), Butter Chicken (delicious, not salty and shredded, soft chicken) and Pad Thai (one of the best in the city). The service was fantastic - very attentive, but not overbearing. The ambiance is very upscale, great environment, great comfortable furniture. The only reason for a 4 star instead of 5 is the price. They also offer to-order specialties that change every day -- just give your table number and your request, and it's brought to your table.

And if Indian breakfast doesn't happen to be your jam -- they've got plenty of other goodies. I sure wish I didn't have to make a 24-36 hour trip to...
