My morning started off quite disappointingly today. I was eagerly anticipating a delightful breakfast at Himalayan Java, as I'm generally fond of their concept and like supporting local businesses. However, this morning's experience was exceptionally negative. The sausage and hash brown seemed to have been cooked in old oil, resulting in an unpleasant taste. Even the scrambled eggs were far from resembling actual scrambled eggs. So I came to this Java, which is near Singha Durbar (for work). Turns out they did not have electricity.

So the only way to get americano / soy latte after discussing with the staff here was to ask for the bottled cold brew, soy milk separately,

For working on a laptop, no electricity, so it was good to be carrying a 33-watt power bank.

For wifi, it's good to use ur own hotspot. For payment, no cards, only cash or qr as the cashier equipment isn't working due to no electricity.

The staffs are not that experienced so takes time communicating with them.

Himalayan Java Coffee at Anamnagar is just in the western side of the bridge or on the west from Bhatbhateni Supermarket. It is at the roadside but once in the ambience is comfy.
