5 star hospitality and food was lip smacking....The hospitality and care started from the entrance with a Nice welcome and escort to our reserved seat . After we were offered hand wash in a traditional Indian tap and bowel table side. The menu was lavish and as expected pricy on the higher side. We sat towards the right of the entrance as the live music didn't disturb us that much. Really awesome to see Soaltee Hotel supporting disabled (blind ) singer who had a very soothing voice. The complimentary papad went along with the variety of achars. We ordered Veg platter and Non veg platter which was worth it as we could have a taste of every other snacks on the menu... The snacks were really good. The nanas and roti kulcha were all fresh and soft and went well with dal, mix veg, chicken tikka , mutton ... When you visit a Indian restaurant you expect oily and lots of spices ... Too our surprise I couldn't see a pool of oil on the food and the spices had blended into the food nicely not leaving that fullness tate on our mouth.... we had soo much that we decided to skip dessert. Read moreToday I had the privilege of dining at the Kakori restaurant at The Soaltee Hotel and it was such a wonderful dining experience. Each dish had a unique flavor especially the Kakori kebab and the buriyani and Chef Basanta definitely deserves praise for his culinary genius. The staff at the restaurant were also extremely professional and friendly .Pushpa the Guest Relations Officer ensured that we were comfortable while the wait staff, Hari, Pradeep and the trainee staff were very attentive and professional in their service. Pragya sent us a special cake to herald the event.All in all it was a great experience, warm ambience with melodious music filling the room and great food.
