Classic Garden Restro & Bar — Restaurant in Lalitpur Metropolitan City

Though the ambience is good, the food quality is not worth. I used to visit this restaurant frequently but this time they literally disappointed me. They made us wait for 3 hours (despite we pre-ordered and came 1 hour after our order), and didn't serve us what we used to eat before. We had ordered chicken thakali set and veg thakali set which I have eaten before and liked it. They gave us some low quality rice instead of good quality long grain rice which they use to serve previously. We asked for refills but they told that food is finished. We asked for compensation but the staff wasn't giving. We asked to call for manager but the manager wasn't receiving calls. We stayed inside a cottage room, but the lady waitress was initially rude, insisting on hourly charges which we have to pay for extra cottage pay.She was saying Rs. 300 for one hour, suggesting a minimum of Rs. 500 for two hours or Rs. 800 for an extended stay. Her manner of speaking was off-putting, and we won't be returning. The place is highly overpriced as according to the facilities and food was just ok. However wont recommend if you are searching for yummy food but do go if u want privacy...
