Jawalakhel Hankook Sarang Korean Restaurant — Restaurant in Lalitpur Metropolitan City

It was a terrible experience at hankook sarang jawalakhel yesterday in new year eve 2078. The arrogant server ruins the night. We had very hard time with his arrogance. The silliest reason that we listen for his arrogance was "since it is the new year eve, it is very hard to be polite with everyone around. Please don't mind". We hardly saw 4 full tables with guests for 6 servers. Was it that hard for them? There was no outlet manager at that moment. Nobody cares to get to know them he problem with us. And if somebody explain me that it is not a big issue, then I wanted to say that the one of the guest is working as F&B manager at star hotel of the city.

If you are looking for good korean food with alright ambience this is the place to go. We have been here multiple times and it has been hit and miss. Things that I love that they serve are sangyopsal, bibimbap, and budaechige, or any other main dish. But the snack dishes aren't the best. Didnot have good time with rabokki, kheranmari or kimchi jeon. Honorable mention to yangnam chicken. P.s i love chicken. Nice Korean restaurant in the heart of Lalitpur. Food is great. There were quite a few items which were on the menu but not available. Maybe if you could update the menu or notify customers of the items that are not available , that'd be helpful. I found the overall vibe of the restaurant to be above average. The upstairs area was not accessible on the night I was there. The place needs a little bit of pest control as one could see rats running around the outdoor areas. The service is average. For this type of restaurant, there's a potential to upgrade and upskill the service...
