Hari Shankar or Hirahara Temple in the vicinity of Patan Durbar Square, Lalitpur. Nepal This Shikhar style stone temple housed 17th century stone idol of Lord Harishankar (Hari-Vishnu & Shankar- Shivaji) or Harihar (Hari-Sri Vishnu & Har- Shivaji) is rare and unique & probably the biggest statue of Lord Harihar found in Nepal.
The left body of the idol is portrayed for Bhagawan Vishnu with his famous 4 Attributes (club stick, conch shell, Shaligram & lotus) whereas right body for Shiva with his famous attributes Trishul (Trident), Damaru, Rosary and Kamaldalu. Their corresponding Spouses Parvati & Laxmi standing aside & their Mount (Vahana) NANDI & GARUDA underneath.
