Nepali Beanz Coffee — Restaurant in Lalitpur Metropolitan City

I had the worst experience of my life at this coffee shop today. My son wanted a cookie and a server(male), who had long, dirty and the most horrible looking nails, used his hand to get the cookie out of the jar. I asked him to use tongs instead and returned the cookie immediately. Since the owner was right there, I also advised him to tell his staff to clip their nails, its basic hygiene!! Upon hearing this, the server told me to mind my own business. We had an argument about this, but all this time, the owner was right there, listening and without any effort for intervention!!! Or apology. If you want to be served by the most arrogant staff with lack of basic hygiene practices then this is the place to be...I know where never ever go again and advice...
