The Little Tibet CAFE damside — Restaurant in Pokhara

It used to be my favourite place to go but recently the place's food quality and the service quality has fallen drastically. Every food used to be soo good but nowadays food quality is the worst with the service. It has been several times that the momo's i received were hard on the outer part and dry inside like it was cooked 2 days ago and stored. Once my friend ordered Chowmein and he had to wait like an hour just to receive his order and that time it wasn't that busy as well. The last time i went there the dry Thenthuk was super oily and the quality was super bad as well. One time i ordered a soft cold drink and it took more then an hour just to come meanwhile the servers are just sitting in the corner and doing nothing. They come to check if we received everything and even when you tell them something is missing they will be like ok and they wont bring it and come to ask again in abit the same thing. I understand that in busy hours the food takes time to come but even in slow time the some orders take forever to come. The owner is like a big brother to me and my friends and i pay great respect to him . Please dai fix...

Food and owner is good but the service doesn’t meet the standards as far as i know they don’t do food deliveries reason either they are busy or they don’t have a food delivery person hired but when you eat/dine there the staffs there say we have food delivery service too but the harsh reality they don’t care cause the business is running well food tastes good here but no we can’t even get a food delivered to a 3/4 min away location.Business is business but you must know the costumer is always right in my case the issue is they say we deliver food to our customers but reality they don’t have time busy people so they don’t do food delivery. Note:you can enjoy the food here which is delicious but the management is bad they’re selling food but they won’t put an effort for delivering the food.Hope the owner will see this review i know he humble and a good person but business doesn’t work like this i...

I used to really like this place before, but after what happened today, I don’t think we’ll ever be coming back — nor will I be recommending it to any of my friends. One of the staff members behaved very rudely with us.

There was a slight confusion when we were about to pay the bill, so we simply asked, “Brother, how much is it?” But he wasn’t responding at all. Then I called another staff member and was showing the bill in my hand when suddenly, that same staff came in between, snatched the bill from my hand, tore it up, and threw it away.

Is this really the kind of behavior that’s acceptable in a restaurant? I’m really, really disappointed with their service. Poor communication skills and extremely unprofessional behavior. Staff should be well trained.....
