Nagoya — Restaurant in Aalsmeer

Went there on an "all you can eat day. Wide variety of sushi and small dishes to choose from. Formula consists of 5 rounds where you can select max 5 dishes per round. We managed to get to the fifth round but don't think most people will get there, so really "all you can eat" is the correct term here. Once you fill in the card, dishes get served pretty quickly. Only "annoyance" is that they get served at random one by one so if you select combination dishes you often need to wait for all of them to arrive first. Great restaurant with plenty of seating and a nice mellow ambience. Menu is split roughly 50/50 between sushi/sushimi and dishes such as Gung Bao Chicken, meat dumplings etc.

The concept is that you choose five items from the menu per person, with five 'rounds' of ordering. All ordering is done via a tablet on your table and then the staff bring the food over.
