I wanted some donuts to take away and they said they cannot help me. Just told me take a tray, I will give you some paper bags and you can arrange, which I did, without gloves or anything, took me a long time to put all on a tray, go to the register then go to a table and prepare my bags when she could have helped or let me take the stuff directly from the counter. Cherry on top, could not pay using my Mastercard gold, they only accept Dutch cards. Very poor customer service, staff nit helpful at all, will never go back. PS: there's a donkin donuts across the street where customer service is great!

*Later Edit - since I cannot reply to your comment, I want to thank you for your response. Yes, the episode was on the same day I posted. I can assure you MasterCard is not working, tried both debit and credit card, neither worked. I could use the cards in other shops so nothing wrong from my side. It would be a nice fix if you could allow payment using cards not issued...

Thank you for taking my review seriously. The areas for improvement are mainly in the hygiene on the floor and around the coffee machine. The employee makes little to no eye contact. The drinks have a good temperature and the flavor is sufficient. A bit on the expensive side versus quality. I hope this is constructive feedback for you....
