Delideli aruba foodtruck — Restaurant in Alto Vista

This is my first time writing a bad review about anything . I was driving to a lunch truck right across the street from this one looking to buy 2 soups but it was closed . So this truck caught our attention and I asked the gentleman if he had soups and his response was that he can make it for us . We wanted a beef ramen soup . He got to work on it and once he was finished he charged me $20 dollars . I went back to my rental house and was surprised by the soup that he had made for us !!!! I was a greasy water down ramen soup with the meat that he uses to make the tacos 😭😭😭 totally disgusting !!!!! 🤢 I was so upset that I threw it right in the garbage !!!!! Not worth going back to get my money ….. You should of just been honest and told me that you don’t make soups .. but you probably need the $20 dollars more then I do . probably the best food I’ve had in Aruba so far and for such a cheap price! Only two minutes from my Airbnb. Came here pretty late, so there was no line. The chef is very kind, I didn’t know what I want so he was able to whip me up something very tasty. I am actually very pleased that I had shrimp that was not overdone!! I have had shrimp at numerous restaurants in Aruba, and all of my shrimp were overcooked. I wish I knew about this place earlier my vacation. I really wanted to love this place after seeing pics and reviews. I tried going there last night however it just never opened but lucked out that they did tonight. For $20USD I only got ground beef tacos and chicken. Now the chicken was flavorful and so recommend if you’re going to eat here to get it. Really wish this would have been shredded beef (which is what I assumed I was going to get for $20) but anything other than a salt stick would have been appreciated.
