As someone who has tried most of the sushi take away places in Amsterdam. This place Ayumi Sushi definitely made it into the list! The quality and price for what you get is really good! I tried it here because it was nearby a venue where I was going Q-factory. We ordered 15 euros for two for a quick snack and it was worth it! When you are at the station Muiderpoort its probably a 10 min walk.
Its run by a couple who owns the place and they make the sushi on the spot, you can also call to put an order if you dont want to wait.
