I had dinner here last night, and it was a truly special experience. Everything is handmade by the owner, and you can taste the passion and dedication in every single dish. The ceviche di capesante, fresh and delicate. The spaghetto di mare was full of flavor, perfectly cooked. But the polpo e lardo was out of this world, tender, flavorful, beautiful balance and unforgettable. We finished with chocolate cake and homemade vanilla ice cream. Everything perfectly balanced and beautifully paired. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate, ideal for a romantic evening, and the service was impeccable. What made the evening even more special is that it was the last day of the season, meaning the menu will soon change. We can’t wait to come back and try...

If you find yourself in Amsterdam, you should definitely visit Numero Zero. Eating there is a true experience, as every dish is handmade, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious, especially the cauliflower.

The chef, Gigi, is incredibly talented and really deserves all the compliments, as you can taste the effort and love he puts into every plate.

The location itself is also very cool, with beautiful paintings covering the walls.

As an Italian, I totally recommend this place. Honestly, I never imagined I could eat this well outside of Italy, and you should definitely go before the place...

Truly exceptional dining experience. If you want to be treated to some of the best Italian food without running to a Michelin star place, then Numero Zero is your place. Luigi is a master chef, crafty intricate new tastes into some classic dishes. The seafood spaghetti has a whisp of saffron and his brasato had a hint of mint which were both delightful. His sherbet dessert combined creamy with crunchy, also a winner....
