Burger House — Restaurant in Amsterdam

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for my food to arrive. During that time, I called multiple times to ask for an update and ended up arguing with the staff because of their unprofessional attitude. And to make it worse, the delivery person didn’t even have the basic decency to apologize — no manners at all.

If you care about your time, money, or getting even a minimum level of service, stay away from this place. I regret ordering from here and will definitely never...

I visited Burger House recently and found the experience quite average. The menu has a good variety of burgers, but the taste was underwhelming compared to the price range. The fries were decent, but my burger patty was a bit dry and lacked seasoning. Service was friendly but somewhat slow, even though it wasn’t busy. I bought 2 capsalons. It was really cheap chicken and tasteless. The lettuce under the cheese was cooked. That's probably why the chicken was in water. And that's it, without tomato and onion. I was very upset.

After placing the order, I gave delivery guy a 3 euro tip. Finally he didn't want to come to the 1st floor.

The worst experience I've ever had. I regret not checking Google...
