Doesn’t even deserve one star. I realize it was busy, fall colors, they get busy. Owner should know to accommodate customers for the long wait. Plan with more staff waited for food for almost an hour then my green chili came out maybe Luke warm then I had to take it inside to have them heat it. I was treated like it was my fault. They were insulted we didn’t want to take left overs home. Had to ask for the chips and salsa. Salsa mediocre Asked for the check came out quickly, imagine that!!! Then another woman came out and grabbed the check and CC abruptly turned out to be the owner and never said anything to us, apologize or nothing. I said something about poor experience and wait person turned it on me because they were not properly staffed. Owner told wait person she didn’t want us back to her restaurant. Asked for my tip back. Have no problem not visiting again. I was a business owner and the way we were treated would have never happened to my customers. I wish Sundance was still in business. I recently visited a fantastic spot in Amsterdam for Halal Mexican tacos, and it exceeded all my expectations! The flavors are absolutely incredible, with each taco packed with fresh ingredients and authentic spices. Service is very friendly - they called me proactively to help me fix a mistake I made in my order. But the food was very disappointing. My group is all-vegetarian, and while the Jackfruit Burrito was okay, the vegan burrito was tasteless and dry. According to the description on the website, the base version is already supposed to have guacamole but none of ours did. I guess if you add a lot of extra toppings and sauces to the vegan burrito, it might be good, but how could I have known that? At other places, veggie burritos are full of flavour in their core ingredients already. Would not be ordering...
