Café De Fluiter — Restaurant in Amsterdam

First of all - do go here, strongly recommend. Why? Don’t even know where to start.. it is a cozy warm place, lots of little details in the decoration, filled with authentic items that add so much to the atmosphere. What’s most important is the bartender/owner of the place. Jet is marvellous at welcoming you in a way as if you are already their regular. And she runs the place with love and care. There were in fact a lot of regulars at the time we’ve come and I believe it’s because of Jet’s way of doing it the way she does everybody was friendly, chatty and genuinely interested in holding a conversation with the new comers. This place is weirdly something where you go for just a pint and end up leaving with thinking that that was a highlight of the night even after being in central Amsterdam. There is not much to dislike about this very quite and nice bar. Right next to Erasmus park, it was an old vibe. The owners are also way to kind to everyone. I can sit here for hours and not get bored. Great for some Dutch people watching. What a hoot. I think they can get some more beers on tap though. Will make the place even...
