This wonderful park has seen us through both good and tough times. In the summer you can spend the morning doing yoga or just sitting at one of the benches staring at the fluttering leaves of majestic trees, or go for a run. The jogging track also has distance markers. There is a beautiful flower garden in the park. Children's playing area is also very well managed. We moved away from Amsterdam west some time ago, and really miss this park. This park can be on your list if you are looking for hidden and less touristy but beautiful spots in Amsterdam.
