After 5 min entering the bar and taking the first beer they abrublty said to us that we should stand up as the table where we were sitting would go outside to make a dancefloor. Noone was dancing, just more space for the waiters created in the place where they already had a table. After sitting in the bar, ordering food and lots of beer again they called us to stand up because they wanted to fit more people inside. I get that you want more customers but you have to show minimum respect to the ones inside. Dopo una passeggiata in un quartiere pieno zeppo di negozi di design non c'è niente di meglio che rifocillarsi in questo piccolo locale sull'angolo dall'atmosfera calda ed accogliente. E' aperto per colazione pranzo e cena e vi servirà un buon pasto anche se piombate li alle 4 del pomeriggio. Tavoli in legno e vista sulla strada, il "Pesce che abbaia" è una splendida locanda come poche al giorno d'oggi. Consiglio di sedersi sul soppalco che gode una splendida vista sulla strada, tranquilla e per niente rumorosa. Gestita da simpatici giovani offre una scelta tra diversi panini e zuppe; i primi sono la loro specialità, sono preparati secondo i gusti nordici con interessanti accostamenti, ed è possibile scegliere il pane (bianco o integrale). Ogni giorno viene preparato un panino del giorno, esposto sulle lavagne del locale, che consiste in un sandwich non incluso nel menù. Il personale parla perfettamente inglese e sono presenti menù in tale lingua, nel caso non si padroneggiasse l'olandese. I prezzi sono davvero sbalorditivi, due panini, due dolci, due birre e un caffé a soli 20 euro!

We tried to find a place for our group of 15 outside the tourist area of downtown AMS and the place was at least able to accommodate all of us upstairs where the restrooms are and we had a last drink before we went back to the hotel. It's a nice pub and if it's on a weekend I am sure I will visit again and catch the local atmosphere...
