Domino's Pizza Amsterdam Rijnstraat — Restaurant in Amsterdam

I would like to file a formal complaint regarding the Domino’s store located at Rinkstraat.

On my recent visit, I experienced an unacceptable situation. I had to wait nearly one hour in-store for just two pizzas. During this time, I observed several serious issues:

The staff consisted mainly of very young employees with no visible adult supervision. They were using TikTok, vaping, and drinking while on duty.

Basic hygiene standards were completely disregarded: no gloves or hairnets were being used, and delivery drivers frequently entered the kitchen to prepare pizzas without washing their hands.

The Domino’s delivery bikes are regularly parked on the pedestrian passage outside the store, causing both obstruction and noise late at night.

This level of service and hygiene is highly concerning and, in my opinion, not in line with Domino’s brand standards or food safety regulations.

I kindly request that you investigate this matter seriously and inform me of the corrective actions that will be taken. Customers deserve a safe, professional, and hygienic environment when ordering food...

Ordered here on the dominos app last weekend as the location where I normally order was unavailable for delivery. Should have looked at Google reviews before I did so. It took around 2 hours for the pizza to arrive (probably even longer) and the pizza was not warm upon arrival either. The delivery worker said that there were very little bikes available which he cannot help of course but this place seems to be mismanaged when also looking at the other reviews. This is absolutely outrageous! We ordered a pizza yesterday and it came out with the wrong ingredients. We called and they mentioned that they would send the right pizza and we would need to hand back the old pizza. To our surprise, we woke up with the other pizza on the trash right in front of our house! What a waste of food! If you are throwing away (on the street), might as well leave it at the customer’s house, this way someone can eat it, there’s no food waste and it does not...
