CC Amstel — Attraction in Amsterdam

Worst experience ever. Very impolite and unprofessional staff. I went the day of the event to pick up a ticket, I was asked by one of the staff members to come later, and surprise... when I got back same person informed me that if I'm not on the waiting list I can't attend the event.
