worst service i ever had in amsterdam! 2 bad experiences in the last 2 weeks and im never ordering from them again! the first time i ordered through thuisbezorgd and my order came in one hour and a half and on the phone the guy said i would get something as compensation, nothing! the second time i called to make sure they get my order, they say 30 minutes for a pizza (i live 5 min away by scooter btw) and it arrives in 55 minutes, when i had to go to work in one hour plus they got my pizza wrong, i ordered quatro formaggi and i got a weird pizza made from 4 other pizzas, all of them with meat and i asked for quatro formaggi to not have any meat. i am never ordering again...

Other times your order is ready to be picked up and still warm by the time you get home. Don't expect any commercial gesture when they mess up your order or if you have to wait long. Read moreAs others have said, food delivery did not arrive even after significant delays. When calling after 1 hour BEYOND the expected arrival time, they said that the pizza has not been cooked and will take at least an hour more due to busy times. Not sure why communication was not made earlier (i.e. to cancel all orders earlier and lessen their load) or why order was accepted in the first place.
Following this, no compensation was offered, and the refund process (via Uber eats) apparently takes 10 days....
