Eatopia — Restaurant in Amsterdam

I only ordered 2 items, been waiting for 30’ and can’t get my food. Been waitressing 3 delivery guys arrived after me getting their orders prepared and left, all the people at the store also got theirs and gone, new people came, and the owner is delivering to them!

When I asked why it takes so long, the owner said he had to go upstairs to grab a pack which I saw was quick and justifies poorly for all the wait. I wonder if he’s selectively processing orders and skipped mine, however when questioned, he showed no intention to deliver nor sorry for the wait but rather “You want your money back?” Thanks for 30mins wasted for nothing from a fast food restaurant.

Seeing the pack I also understood it’s all frozen stuff. Save your time and buy from other fries store with better ingredients,...

Me and my girlfriend love coming here, because of the great food and the nice owner. Especially the fries and the home made garlic sauce are the best.

In response to Mian Dengs review, we were there when it happend and it went nothing like how she described it. She was very rude and didn't want to understand that there were a few online orders before hers. We were the order that supposedly went before hers, but our order wasn't even finished. The owner only asked if we wanted it for take-away or eat in. She didn't want to wait 2 more minutes while the owner was working his ass off during peak hours. He had to throw the food away and she got here money back.

Eatopia is the best snackbar in Bos & Lommer, so don't be put off by this...

How could i have missed this place, to be honest I thought it was just a vega/falafel place. I was wrong. Been here twice and pleasantly surprised. The owner (i am presuming) knows his burgers. (You can customize to your liking) Mega juicy and nice to see quality beef being used (Angus Beef USA) and the belgium styled fries are super. Placed a big order first time, and all my family said the same: great, juicy burger and great fries. From my own experience living in the neighbourhood this is the best "snackbar" you can go to, can't recommend enough and am sure to come back. Best of luck...
