Johnny's Burger Co — Restaurant in Amsterdam

We came to eat by foot and ordered our food in person. The people working there didn't seem to understang engilsh very well, so we had to explain and show from the menu the things we wanted to order very thoroughly. The employers weren't very nice per say, they just looked like they didn't want to really be there at all.

We waited for about 15-20 minutes like they told us, but it was very hot outside and inside the restaurant without any places to sit in so the wait was really uncomfortable. The only benches nearby were just two cramped up right in front of everything inside the restaurant. When we sat, we felt the whole time like we were just in the way of everyone trying to come inside and make their order.

After everything we took our food, but later saw that even after everything they had still gotten the food mixed up somehow. We wanted to eat some tacos and not Burgers because we had already eaten burgers beforehand. The restaurant's name said it had tacos but the closest thing to tacos they had were like burritos of some kind. In the end we got hamburgers we didn't want from the start.

The food didn't taste great but it was alright, in general they got our order mixed up even thought they wrote it down correctly. In addition the atmosphere inside the restaurant was very bad because on the lack of air conditioning and...

I ordered one Burger, some potato wedges and a brownie here. It took them two hours to have it delivered, even being just a few minutes away by car. I got a can of soda for the long wait, but the burger and wedges were cold already. That's why I can't give a higher rating. It's still two stars because I could still taste that the burger and wedges would have been nice if still warm.

Verdict: I might give them a try on a weekday to see if they're able to manage better. Otherwise it's best to try a different place or do takeaway here (expect to wait quite a bit then as well)

UPDATE: me second order on a Saturday was delivered much fast and as a result was fresh. Unfortunately they forgot the extra cheddar I ordered and paid for. This is a pity. The potato wedges are actually tasty, the burger...

The food said 15-35 minute delivery, it took them 1:30 hrs and when I called, the person on the phone was very annoyed and rude. He did not apologize and blamed me for living far away. If you dont want to deliver far away, disable it on your uber eats. Moreover if you know its far away, then adjust your delivery time. I was really unhappy with the customer service. The person who then brought my food was also very rude. Called me up very frustrated saying he’s here. I explained he needs to ring the bell and he said he did. I told him to do it again and then he finally pressed and came up. Totally unacceptable service when I pay 30 euros for 2 burgers. And the food was...
