luigi pizza service — Restaurant in Amsterdam

I ordered a pizza for delivery to my hotel, and it never arrived. The restaurant refuses to refund my money, and I haven't received any assistance from the app. I am extremely disappointed with the service and would not recommend this place to anyone. I waited up until 3:30 in the morning because the restaurant hadn't updated the app. I tried to call and the restaurant had already closed! Without any information, they didn't cancel the order on the app, they didn't inform me of anything! I only found out the next day when I called the restaurant to understand what happened. According to them, they couldn't deliver because of a lack of response on delivery! It was a hotel!!!! that works 24x7. They didn't refund me or send another pizza (as I tried to negotiate the next day). Anyway, don't buy it! Worst service I've ever seen in my life! On top of that, the attendants have no manners! To end the call, they told me to open a complaint on the app (which requires approval from the restaurant for a refund) and then they didn't approve the refund through the app. I lost the money for two pizzas and a drink. Be careful and avoid it! You can find much better and more responsible options...

Had ordered this late at night myself and my partner, told the driver that I would be waiting outside to collect as we were in a hotel, was waiting OVER 35 minutes past the delivery time outside in the cold, called the number myself to ask where was the food they responded by saying its on its way, then my partner rang only for them to tell her that the driver has arrived and dropped the food off at the hotel, so we finally get our food over 2 HOURS later and surprise surprise the food is stone cold, my calzone was like an icicle, my partners pizza was like a block of ice and the onions were raw, so naturally we were a tad upset so we decided to contact thuisbezorged who then tried to get into contact with this atrocious cover front of a pizza place and they decided that our complaint was not fit enough for a refund. Pizzeria on Thuisbezorgd just called me up asking me to delete my negative review

Isn't this some kind of breach of privacy? We used to order from Luigi Pizza Service in Amsterdam quite frequently, but for the last couple of months the pizza was pretty gross. This lead us to leave a 2-star review (with 5 stars for delivery) on Thuisbezorgd.

Day after that they call me up asking me to delete my review and offering a discount on the next pizza. Isn't this some kind of breach of privacy? Are they allowed to use my information like that? Feels kinda threatening since they know my name...
