Rijnbar — Restaurant in Amsterdam

Great neighborhood spot! The bar area was super busy on a Saturday night but the restaurant area is separate so we were able to sit down for a great dinner. We started with the steak tartare and the oeufs durs mayonnaise and had the poussin and dorado with risotto for our main courses. I admit to prefering hamburgers over just about everything for lunch. As i am trying to expand my choices, i had the hot pastrami. It was amazing. I asked my companion if we coukd smuggle the sandwich maker in luggage back to the states.

The pricing is very reasonable, the service was top notch. You can have a quiet conversation during lunch rush.

I don't think I've eaten this well in Amsterdam with such a good price, taste and speed of service. I took catch of the day which was a perfectly done crispy salmon. They had almost nobody in the evening and we were getting all the attention for staff. So we were well taken care of and could get food before even the kitchen was open for dinner...
