We went there for dinner only for checking out the view, which was very nice, where the blind was open (no sunshine, so no reason for the blind) Food was good, nothing special about it. Service was extremely slow and the place was not busy at all.
When we set down, the table was only laid for one person, although the table was for 4 people. We didn't get extra cutleries and napkin until the food arrived.
We had to use the QR code from the menu to see it in English. When we wanted to order, the dish we wanted it did not exist, and the waiter was not sure why we got this option. Also, the wordings were used on the original menu in Dutch, it did not translate to English and the waiter was not sure about the meaning of that dish. We had to wait ages to get our food (again the restaurant was not busy at all) and took forever to get the bill at the end. After all, we were not fancy to get dessert waiting so long again. Floor was also dirty and sticky. No child friendly food.
Price at the end was extremely high and we didn't eat nothing fancy or expensive. Paid €111 for 3 people.

The girl then said to give her 2 minutes because it was “so busy” (it wasnt). She did not come back at all. We would have been able to order if they had approached us sooner, because what do you mean after a full hour of waiting; it’s closed? At the end we were “allowed” to order snacks, which we got quickly but without cutlery. Read moreWe are visiting Amsterdam and wanted to have a great fine dining experience. We chose Skyrestaurent Pi in Fletcher Hotel, Amsterdam. The online booking was smooth and we had email confirmation. We paid 40 euros for the taxi but unfortunately, on arrival, the person who was at the bar refused to send us to the restaurant. He said that the restaurant is fully booked and the online booking process does not coordinate with the staff. We wanted to speak with the hotel manager and he introduced himself as the incharge. After I informed him that there will be a very unpleasant review about the restaurant, he telephoned someone and informed us that we could go upstairs to the restaurant. We expected to see a fully booked restaurant, there were only 3 tables that were occupied. The way we were treated was appalling, the person who served was not polite. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THIS PLACE.
