I love Subway, so much so that I actually took the effort to find this one, as I didn't want to go to the usual fastfood places. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed. Even though there were three employees and only about five customers, just placing my order took over 30 minutes. And even then I had to repeat myself multiple times, as if the employee wasn't listening. I told them not to tough any tomatoes, as I am sensitive to them, but they didn't care (or didn't know how to act around someone with allergies). The reason I give two starts instead of one is because the bread tasted good. However, I was so hungry after the ordeal that they could have probably given me catfood and I would have still eaten it. I was really disappointed with this visit. I hope a manger or someone in charge reads this and makes adjustments to the way the staff is trained in...

The price on the board was different from what I was charged, I was charged a higher price than on the board. When I complained about this I was told 'but this is the price in the computer, I cant do anything'. Charging a higher price than clearly stated in ILLEGAL. Read moreI use their app which is very buggy. It offered me a special of two foot longs, two drinks and two cookies for 20 eur. So I went there and ordered. They refused to honor the special citing the general terms state they are not part of the special (looking at the app terms it took three clicks and zooming in to see some tiny exceptions). They charged me 24 eur for only 2 subs.
