Starbucks — Restaurant in Amsterdam

I had a horrible experience in this Starbucks. The barista was friendly but he did not close properly the coffee cup! And I did not expected that so with my first sip the coffee poured out and completely stained my new white jacket! And I had a very important meeting 30 minutes later! I felt so embarrassed! Later I was talking with my husband and he said he had the same experience at this Starbucks! This isn’t Starbucks. They don’t have WiFi. They have a “bar” but only 1 chair for someone to sit They don’t have WiFi They don’t ask you if you’re having here or takeaway. When I asked about having here, they told me to eat out of the bag. They don’t stamp your card from another country and said that the owner is Dutch and doesn’t wanna stamp international cards. Great location, when they're open on time. However at least once a week they are opening at least 30 minutes later than the 6:30 posted, which leaves a bunch of us waiting and delaying our commutes.

If it's only possible to reliably open at a later time, please change the posted hours so that customers can plan accordingly. I understand it may be a staffing issue and it's not the fault of the line workers. But management needs to fix this issue asap or risk losing...
