Had been to their sister restaurant The Dock. Loved the food so we thought we would try here. First sign we should of recognized is only one other table, restaurant around it were crowded. Nice look place downtown next to the cruise terminal. They have a machine that blows bubbles into the street, kids would love it. We were looking forward to a great seafood dinner like the dock, unfortunately not the case. Asked about fish of the day,server had no clue so asked another employee, they didn't know either. Graciously she went and asked the kitchen. They both came back and said sea bass. Asked how it was cooked one said baked,the other pan fried. Food came and it was okay, not bad but nowhere near their sister restaurant. Ordered some wine and enjoyed dinner. Asked for a glass of water, sorry we can't give you water, you have to buy it. You spend 100 dollars there and they won't give you a glass of water! The best part is their other sister restaurant, the jungle is connected with it. Had appetizers before hand and they bring you glasses of water. Bubbles is just an example of a restaurant next to a cruise terminal that will do things to charge you more. There are multiple restaurants right around them that have more energy and treat their clients better. Even their adjoined sister restaurant is better. Not bad but...

Opted for vegetarian set menu-was not expecting much on an island that doesn’t really grow veggies but, WOW! Friendly service, delicious food made with obviously fresh ingredients, beautifully presented. The risotto was excellent. The courgette and asparagus perfectly cooked, the seasoning spot on… And,…loved the bubbles too! A lovely touch of fun. The chef & kitchen staff must really care about food because this meal was so well cooked. The wait staff could not have been lovelier-attentive, warm. friendly, and efficient-loved the crockery...

We had dinner at Bubbles Restaurant last night for the first time, and it was such a great experience! We started with the carpaccio, spicy tuna, and burrata – everything was fresh and packed with flavor. For the mains, we had the tenderloin, carbonara, and shrimp pasta, and they were all cooked perfectly. A bottle of wine rounded out the meal beautifully.

The service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere made it an enjoyable evening. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Bubbles Restaurant for a...
