This is a follow-up regarding your response to our review. My wife and I are food critics on Facebook and Threads, and we’d like to re-clarify how we experienced our visit.
We visited in January, the visit didnot take place during the period in which the review was published. Additionally, you spelled the words name incorrectly. The name we mentioned was Aya, who was not wearing a hijab at the time, hope she does now as you mentioned.
The poor hygiene we described reflects our personal experience, and as the manager, it is your responsibility to improve such matters not to deny them….
Even at places like McDonald’s, it’s standard and professional to avoid revealing clothing like having a big cleavage, regardless of the job. Employees should wear appropriate attire and maintain PROPER hygiene.

I only found the “black chilli” wok to have an excess & really overpowering taste of black pepper. Don’t know if that’s how it was supposed to taste like. Unfortunately, while placing an order, the choices of sauces have no clear description about the flavour profile, only the spice level, otherwise making a choice could be much simpler. Perhaps next time I’ll try something else.
