If I could rate this place less than one star I would. Ordered a poke bowl, fried tempura and gyoza's at around 17:00. I have been waiting until 21:00 to get my food delivered. I have called the shop multiple times with them telling me that my order was ready at 19:00, and telling me that the deliverer was on the way everytime I called. Since my order had been ready since 19:00, the tempura and gyoza's were cold and chewy. The pokebowl was upside down, open and spread through the whole delivery bag. The fish in the pokebowl did not taste good and half of the toppings were missing. I will not be ordering here again. I have been having a stomach ache since I took some bites of the pokebowl. I first wrote a bad review, because I ordered twice and I asked no jalapeños. Twice my order came with jalapeños, and the second time I had to wait 1:30+ hour to get the food.

The owner called me to apologise and he offered me a voucher for a free poke. I am a hospitality worker so I know how it can sometimes be. And I really truly appreciated him calling me to offer me this voucher. It is very important for me to let people know that people there are great. Also the delivery girls. My salmon poke bowl was super delicious. Every ingredient was extremely fresh + the variety within the bowl all complimented one another. Also I chose to have it on a bed of salad which was a much healthier option + I still felt full afterwards. The portions are a good size.
