If you are ready to wait 90 minutes for 2 pizzas you can give them a higher score. Yesterday, at 21:51 I order something from them, but after the Thuisbezorgd app told me that the food is ready for delivery, I started to wait. After 20 minutes of waiting, I called them and I understand almost nothing because the person on the phone speak only dutch and try to told me why I came here without knowing dutch. It’s not that they stay in a country with international people and tourists. Also, he asked me to come to pick up the order. If I could bring the order by muself, I didn’t choose Thuisbezorgd. After that, I called one more time and the person who was upset that I don’t speak dutch found a guy who speaks English. They told me that is busy and it’s going to take a while, I asked them if the food will be warm when I will receive it and he told that will be(which was true, fortunately). The food was not the best, neither the worst, but 90 minutes for 2 pizzas...

Shato mixed grill for 3 persons was the worse dish I've ever tasted! All kinds of meet were super dry and overcooked: ribs were old and just again heated, doner was cut in sooo thin withered slices that became non-chewing, sate was like rubber, kebab tasted like cheap snack. The taste was very clumsily balanced. It was a complete disappointment. However, fries was excellent and garlic sauce tasted really good, although very liquid.
