Disappointing Experience
I am writing to address a recent dining experience I had at your restaurant. Unfortunately, the service we received during our visit was quite disappointing.
On 16-06 2024, my cousin and I experienced an unusually long wait time of two hours for our food to be served. This extended delay significantly impacted our overall enjoyment of the evening. To exacerbate matters, when we expressed our concerns to the owner, we were met with rudeness and a lack of understanding regarding basic customer service principles.
As a customer who values both quality food and respectable service, I must admit that this experience fell short of my expectations. It is crucial for any establishment to prioritize timely service and respectful interactions with patrons.
Regrettably, based on my experience, I cannot recommend the restaurant to others seeking a pleasant dining experience. I believe that addressing issues related to service efficiency and customer care would greatly benefit your establishment and enhance the overall customer satisfaction.

Read moreLet’s get straight to the point. As a person who grew up in the Middle East, it has taken me 25 years to taste food from the Levant that tasted so authentic. I loved the aroma and the texture and everything about it. Solid performance and compliments to the chef.
The prices are above average, I wouldn’t say expensive since the quality is really good. The servings are not crazy big like you would see clips of other restaurants on TikTok but also not small. I think they are well-balanced.
Our order took longer than usual but we were compensated with free drinks and appetizers. Now that shows that these people know the value of a customer.
The interior is so beautiful, photos don’t do it justice. I can easily say, one of the best experiences of eating out in the Netherlands for quite some time.
Understandably, the staff does not speak Dutch fluently, but honestly who cares. Their English is good and they are very friendly and helpful.
There is plenty of parking space outside. However, this is paid parking which costs approximately 2.30 Euros an hour.

Replying to your recent message — Of course, these are old photos from when the restaurant was still under the previous owner. Unfortunately, the level and quality you’re currently offering are far below what is shown in those images. I had given a 5-star review based on my experience with the old management. However, after visiting your restaurant twice since the change in ownership, I was honestly shocked and disappointed by the overall experience.
