As dutchman I wanted to have a dinner and it started out good “kuch kuch” cause almost everything of the entree menu was not available. So we only had a main dish. I chose for a steak MEDIUM RARE. And the first time I got it, it was just raw on the inside. Then I asked if they can get it more cooked so it will be medium rare. When I got it back there was literally no difference it was still as raw. Then I asked a new one and was asked to let the cook know how I wanted it done, so medium rare. I explained how it needed to look. and when I got it at the table it was exactly the same as the last one still completely raw on the inside!! I was done with it and went to eat somewhere else. First time and Valentines. The experience was horrible. Foodprices suggested (top) quality. Presentation was average at best. Flavor too. Service was terrible. In every was possible. We discussed this from entree with different staffing even with manager. A we know was all we got. Even payment was a horrible experience. There are many restaurants in Curaçao where the experience in food and service is so much better. Nice restaurant with airconditioning. Staff spoke no English - only Spanish and Papiamento which made communication a little difficult. Very friendly service with a smile, none the less. We had the Jack Daniel's BBQ ribs and the Bearnaise Tenderloin. Both were not as warm as you would expect them to be upon arriving at our table. Bearnaise was not what I am used to from Europe, lacking that typical tarragon vinegar taste. Side dishes were good but also not as hot as I would have liked them.
