We ordered spareribs and lasagna. Here's a tip... Don't.

The lasagna comes with a nice side. 2 semi burned slices of toast drowned in olive oil and loads of tomato cubes..

The lasagna itself has a nice shiny look covered under a thick layer of oil you find yourself more oil.. then just cheese some dough and some grinded meat... Tasteless and the first bite made my girlfriend sick.

Much later came the spareribs.. yes we didn't receive the order at the same time. My sides came much later even.

The Spareribs were about 3-4 cm long the end piece of the ribs. Not even the babyback ribs you normally get. They were mostly burned and semi uncooked... And it tastes... Like nothing.. licked my fingers clean but that was because i had no napkin to Clean it with.. just a paper one that rips easy.. my sides was a salad.. just green stuff with some olive oil.. salad looked like it was about to go bad.. and soggy fries.. that probably were laying above the deepfryer kept warm there since before the first world war..

We semi ate our food. And payed our bill like good customers. When asked "did it taste good" my answer was "yeah yeah" while the answer should be differently..

We walked in hungry.. walked out naucious.

Great for if you're dieting would heavily recommend this place for that. Since we puked 10 min later after leaving the...

I have been in the Netherlands for a week. My card has been accepted everywhere, even in small places, except here! They don't tell you anything in advance. They try to pass the card as if they don't know and then say it doesn't work. I had to walk two blocks to an ATM. I had to leave another card that they don't accept either. I hope they didn't copy my card while I went away! I will have to check regularly. I am afraid that is the pattern they have with tourists, not with locals who would have already reported them!

And reading other comments, yes, be aware: they charged me 4 or 5 euros more for the lasagna if you compare it with the price on the menu. After walking four blocks (two and two) and in the middle of the confusion, you only want to pay and go away without realizing the price increase. Clearly, they have all well calculated.

And I didn't receive an invoice, which means they are not paying taxes on that, although they are charging VAT.

By the way, the lasagna al Forno is not good; neither...

I was undecided between giving a five and a four, but I think a five is deserved, let me explain why. The quality sometimes isn't the best (Don't get me wrong, it's still good), although I will be quite honest, most of the time is great. But the reason why I gave it 5 stars HAS to be the quality to price relation. The pizzas come loaded with condiment and are some of the tastiest pizzas I found in Delft even if as I said they aren't always the greatest but usually come close to it, and all of this for around 7 euros which in my opinion is crazy. You will be able to tell once you have a pizza of theirs in front of you! A great tasting experience and at an AMAZING...

The place is cozy and has an informal setting. The second you walk into the door the waitresses and chefs greet you warm-heartedly. The establishment has a good amount of chairs and making a reservation is generally unnecessary. The menu offers everything from pasta and pizzas to spare ribs and salads. The restaurant has a small but sufficient drinks menu. The food has delicious every time and portions are more than generous. All in all a definite recommendation when visiting Delft

We love the food so we were here again yesterday. Ordered a pasta isolabella (16.95), a pasta filetto e tartufo (16.95) and a coke (2.49). The restaurant is currently tallying the bill using manual calculations, without the use of electronic devices. We usually won’t check the bill and just pay directly. But, this time I realised we were overcharged by 3.56🥲. Please let me know if u also charge a service fee.
