Had the worst customer service experience today in my whole life. Three people, we ordered coffees and cakes for 18.5€. Average quality, but this is not the case of this review.

We asked for tap water along with our coffees and sweets. We got 3 small glasses. Kindly asked for another 3 glasses of tap water since we were thirsty from the sweets, and the guy answered "this is not possible, you can have only one glass of tap water per coffee". I couldn't believe my ears. And then the waiter gave this UNBELIEVABLY RUDE answer:

"The tap water costs us, we cannot offer it for free. If every customer who comes here and asks for tap water along with his coffee, how are we gonna make money?" When in shock I asked him if he meant the cost of 0.0001€ per glass of tap water, he said "Yes. That. It is not zero, so it is not free"

I am still wondering what kind of customer oriented company this is. It was the most embarrassing and rude thing happened in all my life. I asked for the management, the guy told me he was not there. Very rude and ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE in my lifetime.

Case happened Saturday 16 April 2016 at...

We had lunch here yesterday. We first ordered 2 sandwiches that served with 🍟. When the waiter was still noting that order, I said that we'd also like 1 portion of grilled vegetables. "Oh no, I think it's too much for you. The portion is big and you already ordered 2 sandwiches with 🍟", that's how he responded. "So, we shouldn't order this?" "My suggestion is not because it's too much for the 2 of you. But if you want I can make it".

I personally have been working in horeca since 2017 in this country. I don't think it's an appropriate response to any guests. If guests order something and they can't finish what they order with any reasons, it should NOT be any waiters' problem. The guests toch still pay.

The food was just ok. Nothing above...

Just had the worst food experience. We waited one hour for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. My husband ordered the Alexander kebab, which is supposed to have mixed chicken and bread, but he could barely find any chicken, and it came with just a spoonful of plain yogurt, not even seasoned. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because of the friendly waitress who served us. To top it off, on our way to the bathroom, there were random shoes and flip-flops left on the stairs. Plus it is expensive and for nothing!! I don't recommend this...
