I went in a group of 5 to celebrate a birthday. We got there and had to wait 15 minutes to get a drink. After that, we had to ask how to use the app for our order after the server just dropped off the drinks and walked off. We start to order and receive the order maximum of 2 tapas per person so slowly it was ridiculous. Then, before we got past the time requirement to order again, the app they used (Butlaroo) crashed for everyone in the restaurant. Obviously, this isn’t a reflection of the character of any servers. Still, they handled it poorly because it took another 30 minutes to diagnose that something was wrong, and give some people (not us) papers to write their next order. Seeing that other people got papers to write their orders, we wrote our order (mind you, only two tapas per person) on a napkin. They took it eventually, but after another 30 minutes of sitting without updates or anyone coming to the table to clear the plates that had been sitting there an hour we got up pissed and left. We hebben best veel ervaring met de keten, maar deze avond was het eten niet zo geslaagd, vandaar de 3 sterren. Het concept vd tapas is prima, wij vinden t juist fijn om niet alle gerechtjes in 1x te krijgen! Maar de kwaliteit van het eten was ècht benedenmaats..

Ruime grote vestiging, qua krapte valt het hier juist erg mee vinden wij vergeleken met enkele andere vestigingen! Maar wij zaten vrij achteraan, daar lijkt het wat ruimer als de zijkant achter het schot.. Leuke nieuwe stoelen die fraai staan en lekker zitten..

Nette toiletten. Parkeren: wij hadden geluk met plekje voor de deur, gratis ivm feestdag; maar dat is ècht geluk! Bediening is vriendelijk en doet hun best. Wij vonden het wel erg benauwd; zelfs even een keer naar buiten gelopen voor frisse lucht.. om te zitten niet fijn, om te lopen voor bediening lijkt me dat ook pittig.

Dan waar t goed misging; het eten.. We kregen chorizokroketjes die koud waren van binnen; de kleine biefstukpuntjes waren erg taai, de Vitello & carpaccio waterig (niet op juiste manier ontdooid?) weinig smaak aan de saus van de garnalen die licht pittig had moeten zijn; de saus van de zalm op toast erg bitter en overheersend.. Een gerechtje is nooit gekomen.. Erg jammer, wij zijn over t algemeen niet snel negatief, dat kon in dit geval niet anders.. 3 sterren omdat er ook dingen wel lekker waren.. De spareribs en kipstukken, aardappeltjes en het brood waren prima! Ook het ijs vd dame blanche was lekker..

The delivery of food was quick and the taste was not absolutely terrible, its not too expensive either (except for the poor quality desert). So you could still go and try, BUT don't have too high expectations.

This place seems to be more of a machine than it is a restaurant. The tables are very close on each other and it's quite noisy inside. Staff running around like crazy to serve all the tables doesn't do the general vibe of the place any...
