Restaurant Pieterman — Restaurant in Edam-Volendam

I come in and the service was alrdy uninterested, a question from my side was Wich table is reserved and Wich not... New guests come in and she ignored me completely. Very nice... I ordered vitello tonato, it's the baddest sauce ever I had... Mayonnaise with some tonijn. And absolutely carefull I guess from the full Bord I had 2% of sauce. Than I ordered kip sate with Champignonsauce and potato gratin.

The gratin was dry potatoes from the oven a little bit more cream would be so awesome, the sate had a own taste, I could not eat more than a half from it.

Champignonsauce was OK.

Atjar from the bottle completely dry, how can be a Atjar from the bottle completely dry? Atjar comes to the sate to make a nice juice taste in it cause actually is kip sate sauce Realy dry.

But nothing.

I wanted to pay tee aspected now to get a hight tip, and actually I don't go out a restaurant without giving minimum 5-10 tip. But they got 1,20 and I hope they will think about how to be with people. Ah and Bred I also didn't got in the dinner time, everyone else but for one person I guess it's not wished...???

So rude!! It was raining as hell and we went in to drink something and to dry a bit. We were about to sit down when one of the waiters came to tell us we have to leave because there are too many people in the restaurant(Because Corona) . It was actually pretty empty and the table where we wanted to sit was apart from the rest of the costumers and yesterday we saw that the whole restaurant was full of people. So we had to leave.
