Ordered food at 3.15am and it said it would take 55 minutes. I waited up until 4.55am and it still did not arrive so I went to sleep. The delivery man woke by ringing my door bell at 5.35am! The ā‚¬10 kapsalon had very little meat which did not even look like shorama, no cheese and little salad and was basically just french fries in a box. Worst Kapsalon ever! I do not recommend ordering from here!

Met 4personen binnen gaan eten, 1 iemand had een super shoarma GROOT broodje besteld, eenmaal toen het eten kwam was het een standaard klein pita broodje met shoarma, het personeel aangesproken maar totaal niet klant vriendelijk, gingen met ons in discussie en helemaal geen oplossing! Ze gaven aan dat de menukaarten drukfouten hadden en dat de klant maar van ten voren moet vragen of de menukaart klopt? Ook kan de zelfgemaakte kapsalon (standaard 1 maat) niet aangepast worden naar een kleiner formaat hoewel je het wel op een bord geserveerd krijgt, dus mensen met een maagverkleining raad ik af om hier te eten. Bij het betalen bleven ze bij hun standpunt en gingen vervolgens wederom met ons in discussie over de drukfouten op de kaart en dat wij moesten vragen naar of de kaart klopt. Klant vriendelijkheid: 0 Eten was prima!

EN NEEM EEN EXTRA BEZORGER AAN. Anders geef ik deze zaak niet lang meer. Als je dit leest eigenaar, IK WOON OP N 42. DAN WEET JIJ GENOEG. DENK DAT IK WEER OP ZOEK MOET NAAR EEN BETERE TENT. Hoop dat je hier iets vanop steekt denk het niet maargoed.want dit is namelijk niet de eerste x ,dat jij je excuses hebt aangeboden. Maar dat blijft niet werken.

Horrible costumer service and food. I ordered and paid 16 euros for a pizza and a salad then I am waiting for more than an hour for my food. I call up the place to check on my order and they tell me it is already send through. 20 min later I check up on my order again they tell me they are now sending it out. I am asking to cancel the order so I can get my money back and order somewhere else. Their response was to hang up on me and not pick up again. They robbed me of 16 euros I did...

Trash food . DO NOT RECOMMEND IT . Nothing fresh all food was probably cooked the night before it all meat was re cooked or re grilled and they added way too much spice trying to cover it . the taste from the way extra raw spice they added to cover the taste of the old meat was really trash . Ordered a kapsalon for 2 last night took them 2 hours to deliver it and it wasn't even freshly made . If you charging 50ā‚¬ for some food at least put some effort in it .. very...
