New Review ( 4.5 🌟)
The owners have worked really hard and changed things 😕 This time we tried fir starters golgappas, chili chicken and chicken tikka - All items were tasty, Chicken takka was the show stopper would definitely recommend 👌 Main course we tried 3 chicken gravies and lal maas( mutton) - all items were nice , least maas is really spicy so try if for your love for spicy. Feedback for breads remains same as last time
Deserts were really good, moong dal halua was outstanding 👏 Owners Kapil attended us himself and customised things as per our requirement as we had kids with us. He is very passionate and knowledgeable about Chaska and what food they serve.
The restaurant is still awaiting liqor licence so try Mango lassi or sodas.
OLD Review (3 🌟)
After hearing positive reviews from my friends I also went to try Chaska along with few colleagues. Currently the restraunt does not have liquor licence, we ordered beers as we were not aware and we got Zero percent 😜 , Mango lassi was good though.
We ordered 4 starters ( 3 non-veg & 1 veg) Lemon chicken- Really Good, Lamb - Average ( You will get only 2 peaces), Goen Fish- Average & Galoti kabab ( They only have Veg option) - Also Average. I previously had tried chicken lollypop and taste was good but portion size very small. Overall some starters are really tasty and some are Average, Regarding portion size of starters the quantity is less I peronally would have liked more quantity but that's how all new Indian restaurants are serving like Foodgasm so can't blame the owners.
Before I talk about Main course, I want to mention the owners the manager and service is good 👍
For main course we tried Mutton Roganjosh it was nice, Butter chicken was also good compared to NL standards, Afghani chicken gravy and Dal makhani was Average. Overall the curries were decent. My dispointment was with Breads , Lacha paratha was very disappointing, Nans too were very average ( May be since they don't have tandoor) - The manager refunded the money for Lacha.
Now on Deserts - Please be careful in ordering and read the items very carefully, The fancy names of deserts actually means something, since the menu does not describe deserts please check with staff. Gajar Halua here is served with Black carrot not usual Red one - Please try at your own taste. Gujab Zamun and Rabri was good. Disappointment was with Rasmalai its not usual dish its actually Berries Rasmalai so completely different, we personally did not liked. The restaurant did not charged us for Rasmalai. That's my...

Chaska Indian Restaurant in Eindhoven is a delightful culinary gem that offers an authentic and satisfying Indian dining experience. From the moment you walk in, the ambiance sets the tone — a perfect blend of modern elegance and traditional Indian warmth. The decor is tasteful, the lighting cozy, and the seating arrangement comfortable whether you’re there for a casual dinner or a special evening out.
The menu is thoughtfully curated and offers a fantastic variety of dishes from different regions of India — from rich North Indian curries to flavorful South Indian options. Their butter chicken is creamy and full of depth, the biryanis are aromatic and perfectly spiced, and the vegetarian options are just as robust and satisfying. I highly recommend trying the street food-style starters too — their chaats and tandoori platters are bursting with flavor.
What really elevates the experience at Chaska is the attention to detail. Each dish is beautifully presented, portions are generous, and the flavors are balanced — not overly oily or spicy, just spot-on. The use of fresh ingredients is clear in every bite.
The service is equally commendable. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and always willing to accommodate dietary preferences or explain dishes if you're new to Indian cuisine. Their recommendations were spot-on and made our experience even better.
The restaurant also offers takeaway and delivery, which maintains the same quality — perfect for a cozy night at home.
Whether you’re craving a comforting curry, planning a group dinner, or just looking to explore Indian cuisine in Eindhoven, Chaska is easily one of the best choices around. I’ll definitely be...
Read morea newly opened Indian restaurant, was an extraordinary experience. The warmth and friendliness of the owner added a special, welcoming touch right from the beginning, making the atmosphere even more inviting.
The menu was a delightful journey through authentic Indian flavors, with each dish standing out in its own right. The Paneer dish was a standout, perfectly spicy without any pretense, capturing the essence of traditional Indian cooking. It was a testament to the chef's skill in delivering bold flavors while maintaining a balance that pleased the palate.
Chats were well presented and impeccably flavoured. Panipuri taste was very close to be authentic.
Panner dish order was very unique with pickled onions, chef probably has a degree in chemistry too, it was proper blend of all spices
But the real star of the meal was the Dal Tadka. It was incredibly fresh and flavorful, a perfect harmony of spices and ingredients that left a lasting impression. The simplicity of the dish was elevated by its execution, making it memorable.
The biryani was another highlight. It was impeccably cooked, with each grain of rice perfectly flavored. Unlike many other versions, it wasn’t unnecessarily spicy. Instead, it offered a complex blend of flavors that was both satisfying and nuanced.
The reasonable prices, coupled with the high-quality ingredients and the heartfelt service, made the dining experience...
