After the renovation it got a lot better and you can eat without feeling like a sardine. The food is good but it’s a pity they only heat up certain breads and not the one that’s not pre sorted to warm. The sandwich of YOUR CHOICE might be just the one you personally like to eat warm. I’m thinking what’s the big deal in heating up my sandwich if I like it heated instead of cold. I would love to hear a reaction from the bakery about why they don’t heat the sandwich the customer likes warm. It's a great place to have lunch in Enschede city centre.

I can't say much about the service because it's practically self-service.

You get your items yourself and take it to the counter to pay for it. When you finish eating, you have to pack up yourself

The interaction with the workers is probably only at the point of payment, or if you need to ask a question.

The atmosphere is calm and comfortable.

I have sandwiches here from time to time and they are very good! Employees are nice and the place is clean! They recently made the space larger, which I find very nice. The coffee is a bit strong for my taste but besides that I would recomend for a lunch if you are wondering...
