If I can give zero stars I would! Horrible service. We arrived 3 adults and 2 kids (6 and 9 years old), first the waitress started to ask us several times if we want lunch or dinner we were a bit disturbed since it was only 14pm!! Then once we figured out that at 14pm is actually lunch time, she asked how old our kids are (I guess they have a cheeper menu if you’re below 10 y.o.). After I said my child is 9, she started to question me for 5 minutes consistently repeating over and over “SHE LOOKS OLDER”… for 5 minutes she kept on interrogating me like I’m lying to her, like she was waiting for me to add another year to my child’s age so we can start to place our order!! Nonsense!! At the end we just stood up and said this is unacceptable to interrogate us like we’re in a police department and if I say my child is 9, she is absolutely nine! Horrible waitress and to mention also the restaurant was empty even though it was a weekend and...
Read moreHaving visited this place since they opened the changes are very much noticeable. They shifted from ordering on paper due to the mistakes and delays that this caused. The new tablet system seems to work a lot faster without making mistakes in the number of sushi ordered. I found both the menu card and the tablet system very clear with regards to the pricing of items.
The big and small lunch offer is something I really appreciate as I go there for the sushi and not for the deep friend meats. The sushi is tasty though everytime I go there it seems to taste slightly different.
I was quite disappointed to see that the miso soup was taken out of the new menu card. However, since my other favourites are still on the menu and considering the number of times I have already been to Ginza I shall definitely return.
Depending on the number of people in the restaurant the staff can change from quite aloof to friendly, but that is to...
Read moreWe went here as a big group outing. The food was very good - when it actually arrived. I would not recommend this restaurant for large groups, as it is difficult to remember who ordered what since the tablet just groups it by table, and the restaurant was often very slow to bring out what we ordered. In addition to that, while most of the staff were friendly they were rude when we refused to take some random plates of food ordered in the first order (over 2hrs ago and it had gotten cold) while we were finishing desert. Many food items that were ordered also just didn't show up and random things which were not ordered did. I think that after some organization this could be okay, but definitely does not work well for a large group. What did arrive was very tasty and it is a great way to try more types of sushi to find out what you like. Drinks tasted good and the prices...
