Döner Company — Local services in Enschede

Last 11 years i be visiting enschede I always been stopping by doner company because the service and the quality of their food. This month I arrived to the station and I could directly see something is wrong. First I couldn’t recognize the persons behind the desk. The customer before me in the line tried to order and the guy in the desk start to talk bad to him in arabic and thought no one understands. And not only his way of talking, very stressful and stressing the customers, on that very angry.

When it was my turn i explained very clearly I want one donerbox with salad and no pommes and one normal donerbox. When I grabbed my meal I only got one of the meals. And I told him I missed one. Then he tells me I only payed for one. I said ok, no worries, let’s make it correct and I pay for a second and he start talk and stress in arabic if I want ore not. Then I just took my donerbox and went.

At last, not same quality and also double the price then...

Döner Company is the best thing that happened to my student life. I was always going there in brakes to buy the menu at the special price of 5.70. For this money you could get one drink, one burger(I was always taking falafel sandwich) and big portion of fries with sauce. The fries are always soft soft inside and not too oily. This was the vegan option. But you can always ask to have your kebab with meat and besides this you can choose what vegetables you can have with it (from beetroot, to just cabbage, onions or cucumbers with tomatoes). This store regularly 'accidentally' charges you more! Usually this doner chain is good, but this particular store is very bad. Few years ago I stopped visiting because it happened several times, then twice in a row, that they 'accidentally' priced my order too high. I come back this week after many years to give them another chance, the guy at the counter charges my card 1.5 euros more than the actual price. Not...
