Read an article about this place being the reason the hypercorperation chain Wendys can't be in Europe and thought I'd have a look at the reviews that pathetic people left calling for the guy to shut down, as well as all the fake reviews of this place when the people have never been here. I admire your moxy. Everyone should stand up for themselves. While I do like (american) Wendy's food once and awhile. When I travel I prefer to try local foods, not the same fare I can find on every corner over here. While I have not been to your place, the times I have traveled to the Netherlands, I preferred to try many small restaurants and shops like yours. I found some surprisingly great food, that no chain would ever be able to replicate. And the cheese shops there are heaven on earth. While I applaud your fight, I would suggest a compromise. Why not consider licensing the name to the chain, just limit them from opening...
