BOEL — Restaurant in Groningen

I live next to BOEL & their customers are always parking their bikes in front of our door, blocking our entry and exits. One time, someone even placed a beach chair in front of our door and was just drinking there??? Like honey, this is a public sidewalk. I don't understand because boel have their OWN GARAGE, yet they do not allow their customers to park there, and instead make them line up their bikes in front of the residential houses that are next to them. I am highly annoyed because not only is it difficult to enter my house, my bicycle & my neighbour's bicycles are vandalised multiple times by the people who visits BOEL. This area used to be a peaceful residential area before BOEL arrived. Pls sort...
