super nice café i love i love but let’s get real . i went there today 7th may with my friend. we are loyal customers we go there regularly but today we left with uncomfortable feelings. the service was rude. when my friend and i arrived and we were waiting for someone to take our order a woman called us to the other end of the table, and she did so in an unpleasant and unfriendly manner. she said hello hello?!?!? it did feel like i’m in kindergarden and my teacher is scolding me. i think it would be better to say excuse me . anyway then we only ordered 1 drink and it took long so i went there to ask how long it could take. we are very polite customers i asked her politely, but she was very irritated with me and said that’s is very busy and she doesn’t know my order and cant say anything. im sorry but it wasn’t busy. i told her what i ordered and asked if she could say how long it could still take because we had been waiting for 10-15 minutes already. either way i wasn’t trying to stress her out, just ask a question. she said 2 min she was still irritated with me and when she gave us the drink honestly she could’ve just threw it at us!😊 the attitude was bad. my review is honest. such attitude is uncalled for. we are customers we like to come to the cafe regularly, and we are always polite. i have worked in the service sector as well, and honestly i learnt to even keep it nice and professional with...

Love this place! wonderful atmosphere and great variety of ice cream flavours. The milkshakes and lemonades are AMAZING!! My only suggestion is that the staff has a bit more training and stays on top of the orders. The several times I have come here the person messed up my order, they forget the flavour you wanted and make you the wrong one, or forget that you ordered a piece of cake. That's a bit annoying, one more thing is that not all workers seemed to be trained the same way, I have ordered the iced tea lemonade several times, they have always been delicious and super refreshing but the last two times it was clearly not made the same way. my suggestion is that everybody is trained at the same level and they make the products the same way so that customers can truly enjoy their awesome drinks. I will keep coming back here because I really like the place, but I hope the staff can be a bit more reliable with the orders, and perhaps also a bit faster, maybe it would help to have someone at all times at the cashier and then three people serving the ice creams as it usually...

I try not to give places a low rating, especially when I like a place this much but I truly just had a bad experience. I specifically asked for oat milk with my latte because I am extremely intolerant to lactose, especially milk and yet my latte was served with whole milk. I thought I was mistaken when I tasted my drink and tried to shake it off and thought I was overthinking but as the time ticked away, I started to feel the discomfort and unpleasant reaction that dairy causes and it threw my entire evening off. It just extremely feels disheartening when I am paying so much for a drink and even after specifically asking for a milk alternative, I still got whole milk.
