During my recent visit to Amsterdam, I stumbled upon Ti Bisou Creperie Brasserie, a hidden gem that transported me straight to the heart of France. With its charming ambiance, attentive service, and mouthwatering food, Ti Bisou Creperie Brasserie left an indelible impression on my taste buds. In this review, I will share my delightful experience and why Ti Bisou is a haven for food lovers seeking authentic and delicious French cuisine.

Atmosphere and Ambiance: Ti Bisou Creperie Brasserie exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The rustic yet elegant decor, adorned with French accents, creates a cozy and romantic ambiance. The soft lighting, gentle music, and friendly staff contribute to an intimate and relaxed dining experience. Whether you're enjoying a meal with friends or seeking a romantic dinner for two, Ti Bisou sets the perfect stage.

Service: The service at Ti Bisou is exceptional. The staff members are attentive, knowledgeable, and passionate about providing an unforgettable dining experience. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with a warm smile and made to feel like a valued guest. The waitstaff was more than happy to provide recommendations, explain the menu in detail, and ensure that every need was met throughout the evening.

Culinary Experience: Ti Bisou Creperie Brasserie truly shines when it comes to its delectable French cuisine. The menu features an enticing array of classic and innovative dishes that showcase the richness and depth of French flavors. From savory crepes and galettes to mouthwatering mains and delectable desserts, each dish is a masterpiece.

The crepes and galettes, made with traditional buckwheat batter, are a true highlight. The delicate, thin pancakes are expertly filled with a variety of mouthwatering ingredients, from savory options like ham, cheese, and mushrooms to sweet delights like Nutella and fresh fruits. Each bite offers a perfect balance of textures and flavors that transport you to the streets of Paris.

The mains at Ti Bisou are equally impressive. From tender and flavorful coq au vin to succulent beef bourguignon, the traditional French dishes are prepared with precision and love. The use of fresh, high-quality ingredients is evident in every bite, and the attention to detail in presentation is commendable.

Save room for dessert, as Ti Bisou's sweet creations are simply irresistible. Indulge in a heavenly crème brûlée or savor a warm, freshly made crepe topped with decadent sauces and ice cream. The desserts are the perfect way to end a memorable dining experience.

Price and Value: Considering the exceptional quality of the food and the overall experience, Ti Bisou offers great value for money. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable for the high caliber of the cuisine served. You'll leave satisfied and content, knowing that you've enjoyed an authentic taste of France without breaking the bank.

Conclusion: Ti Bisou Creperie Brasserie is a culinary gem in Amsterdam that captures the essence of French cuisine. With its charming ambiance, impeccable service, and mouthwatering dishes, it transports you to the streets of Paris, tantalizing your taste buds with every bite. Whether you're a Francophile or simply in search of exceptional food, Ti Bisou is a must-visit destination that will leave you craving more. Bon appétit!

Right off the beautiful, blooming, cozy and green narrow streets of Korte Anna - found this quaint little French creperie. Their menu selection satisfies both sweet (traditional crepes with regular flour) and savory (galettes with buckwheat flour) and what's also great about this place is that you can request either type of flours for both sweet and savory options. They also feature specials and we ended up ordering their special elderberry/passion fruit drink which was strikingly amazing and also the Aimee and Provencale galettes. Both the galettes tasted good, however, we were expecting them to be more crispy and crunchy on the outside (standard for buckwheat based galettes). They were a bit soggy for our palate probably because of the choice of their cheese and other ingredients such as tomatoes, hummus and dressings - collectively making the galettes more soft than crispy. Also, one of their galettes had the salad as an ingredient which had large leafy vegetables such as rocket with their hard stems on which made it difficult to chew, would recommend the chef taking the stem off the really large leaves. I hope they would reconsider their ingredients to keep the galettes a bit more crispy on the outside, overall we were happy with the taste. The staff and service were great and the place itself had a great cozy and inviting vibe. Highly...

Authentic specialties from Britany at Ti Bisou We were in Haarlem for a short trip and encountered a piece of French paradise in a beautiful side street in the centre of the town: The Crêperie Ti Bisou. Whether you order savoury Galettes (made out of buckwheat flour) or sweet Crêpes, you can truly enjoy authentic specialties from Britany here. No matter what we ate – galette complete or provencale, crêpes with caramel and salted butter or crêpes apple tatin – everything was so delicious. Carole, the owner who is from Britany, stood behind the stove herself and created these masterpieces with love and positive energy. Meals are served with tasty mocktails or juice from Britany or Normandy. Many of the ingredients used are organic and the staff are more than happy to cater for allergies. We loved the place so much, we went back the next morning for cappuccino and hot chocolate. The home baked, French cake, which we couldn’t resist, was perfect! On top of all of this, Carole is really friendly and besides her native language speaks Dutch, German and English. She and her staff are very welcoming and attentive. It was just like having a short French break away – in the middle of Haarlem. It’s well worth going out of your way to find this place....
