Overall, the food was great but the portions were rather small. The grilled branzino was fantastic, definitely worth 8 points out of 10 or more. The skin was crispy (but could be a bit more crispier in my opinion) and the spices were subtle but noticeable. The calamaris was very fresh and not chewy at all. The carpaccio, however, was made with a different kind of meat, some kind of smoked beef instead of raw beef. The tenderloin was not medium as requested (but almost well done) and wasn't crispy on the outside. It was reasonably tender though, but either it was baked in a different way than a steak should be baked, or it was a steak thawed in a speedy way or baked before it was completely thawed. Still, it wasn't bad or anything, but could have been better.

One of the side dishes was warm vegetables with potatoes. Again, it tasted good but there were almost literally three pieces of broccoli and five small potato wedges. It was no problem for me, because I happened to be quite full at the time, but if I had been hungry, it would have been a big problem.

The wine was also slightly on the soury side, but you can't expect too much for the prices they ask.

Vor Kurzem hatte ich das Vergnügen, das italienische Restaurant Gallura zu besuchen, und es war eine rundum positive Erfahrung.

Essen: 5/5 Das Essen bei Gallura war einfach hervorragend. Die Speisekarte bot eine vielfältige Auswahl. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Carbonara. Diese schmeckten leicht rauchig durch den sehr guten Speck welcher der Carbonara den einzigartigen Geschmack gaben. Auch die Penne Arrabiata war leicht pikant mit einer frischen Tomatensoße.

Service: 4.5/5 Der Service bei Gallura war ebenso bemerkenswert. Das Personal war freundlich, aufmerksam und stets bemüht, uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Unsere Bestellungen wurden prompt aufgenommen und die Wartezeiten waren minimal.

Ambiente: 3.5/5 Das Ambiente im Gallura war in Ordnung, jedoch nicht herausragend. Das Restaurant war sauber und gepflegt, aber das Dekor war eher schlicht und unspektakulär. Ein bisschen mehr Liebe zum Detail in der Einrichtung könnte das Gesamterlebnis noch aufwerten. Dennoch war es ein gemütlicher Ort, um ein exzellentes Essen zu genießen.

Insgesamt war unser Besuch im Gallura eine sehr erfreuliche Erfahrung. Das herausragende Essen und der gute Service machten den Abend zu einem besonderen Erlebnis.
